The District just received a facsimile copy of an internal GKN memo signed by Kevin Cummings announcing the replacement of Don Smith as the vice President and General Manager, St. Louis, GKN Aerospace North American Aerospace Inc. Don will be replaced by Paul Gutierrez. The Company confirmed the memo and that the change is effective immediately.
