Strike Sanction Vote Participation

Dear Brothers and Sisters,
The “Strike Sanction” vote that was held on Saturday, June 25th was a HUGE success!! Your votes returned a 99% “strike approval” which is outstanding.
It was great seeing you all there and to witness what true Union solidarity looks like. Your dedication shows the Company and our Community, without a doubt, the strength of being a Union member!!!
With that said, your participation in the upcoming “Contract” vote on Sunday, July 24th will be even more important, so we ask that you please plan on being there. We will go over ALL changes to the Contract before voting begins.
As of now, we have TA’d (tentatively agreed) some of the “Non-Economic” items as shown below:
- Article 5 – Hours of Operation
- Article 6 – Holidays
- Article 7 – L.O.A.
- Article 25 – Military Reserve Pay
- Changes to Supplemental #8 – Overtime
Main table negotiations for “Economic” items will begin on July 6th. We will have updates as they become available.
Shirts are still available – Sizes S thru XL are $10.00 and size 2XL is $12.00.
